By subscribing to and using Fuel Tracker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Fuel Tracker is a subscription-based service that provides fuel consumption tracking, expense logging, and mileage monitoring functionality.
Current plans include:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You will be charged the subscription fee on the same day each month.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the subscription amount and any applicable taxes.
Your billing cycle begins on the date you are charged, and billing cycles recur monthly on the same date.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Your subscription will be marked for cancellation and will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your billing period.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.
If your payment method fails or your account is inactive for 180+ days, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and current. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You retain all rights to your data. You may export or delete your data at any time through account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about our data practices.
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen technical issues.
We may perform scheduled maintenance with or without notice. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
We reserve the right to discontinue or materially alter the Service with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUEL TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
